Real Wedding: Melissa & Gio

As a young girl, Melissa spent many family vacations visiting The Breakers and fondly remembers sharing with her mom how incredible it would be to get married here. “The Breakers just gives you a feeling that is indescribable,” shares Melissa. “When Gio and I had the opportunity to look at The Breakers as a wedding venue, he was equally blown away and we knew this was it. From the early planning days to the day of our wedding, The Breakers team made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.”

“My favorite memory was standing next to my dad as the doors opened to the ceremony and I locked eyes with Gio. We had not seen the ceremony setup prior, and my breath was taken away. I had never seen such a unique ceremony design with all of our friends and loved ones sitting in a circular pattern around the altar.”
