Pantone Color of the Year: Very Peri
As the unquestioned authority on color, Pantone selects a new “Color of the Year” every December. For the first time in the history of the brand, rather than pull from its expansive archive of colors, Pantone decided to invent a never-before-seen shade just for 2022 – meet Very Peri!
Why Very Peri?
Showcasing a carefree confidence and a daring curiosity, Very Peri encompasses tones from the beloved blue family, with undertones of violet and red. “It displays a spritely, joyous attitude and a dynamic presence that encourages courageous creativity and imaginative expressions,” said Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute.
