Summer Sips: Red Wine Sangria

Hosting a summer wedding? Consider adding this flavorful drink as a signature cocktail! Yum… Until then, mix it up at home with our recipe below.
What You’ll Need:
• 1 Bottle of Red Wine (we recommend Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)
• 1 Lemon cut into wedges
• 1 Orange cut into wedges
• 2 Tablespoons sugar
• 1 Shot of Brandy
• 1 Cup of Sprite
How to:
• Pour wine in the pitcher and then squeeze the juice from lemon and orange wedges into the wine
• Toss in the fruit wedges
• Add sugar and brandy
• Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving
For extra pizzaz…
Consider adding pineapple chunks, sliced strawberries or peaches, a handful of fresh blueberries, raspberries or kiwi, and an extra shot of brandy, gin or rum.
