Cooking For A Cause: Culinary Creations Dinner at Kravis Center
Now in its 15th year, this spectacular culinary evening will leave you satisfied and happy – with both a full stomach and a full heart. Quantum House joins forces with the American Culinary Foundation Palm Beach County Chefs Association to present the 15th Annual Culinary Creations on June 2 at the Kravis Center. A foodie dream-come-true, the event brings together more than 20 of the finest hotel, restaurant and country club chefs in South Florida.
The Breakers’ Executive Chef of Banquets Jeff Simms is the chairman of the event, which begins with a champagne reception with delectable Hors d’ Oeuvres, followed by a sensational four-course dinner, served round robin style.
The unique evening is unlike any other food and wine event in Palm Beach County. The best part: 100 percent of proceeds from the evening go to benefit Quantum House and Palm Beach County Chefs Association, ACF Foundation Fund. In fact, more than $40,000 was raised in just one evening at last year’s event! Along with the delicious gourmet cuisine, the event features an exciting silent and live auction where guests can bid on private chef dinners, wine tastings and other spectacular items.
The grand prize? A private dinner for eight prepared by Jeff Simms himself!
