Weddings by The Breakers Featured on The Bridal Circle
When The Bridal Circle Founder Sade Awe told us she’d love to feature The Breakers as a top destination wedding escape, we were so honored. Sade chatted with our Director, Joan Bever, and posted a wonderful Q&A that’s chalk-full of some of our favorite images. Now, we’re so excited to share the feature with you!
A quick snippet form the fabulous feature….
As Director of Food and Beverage for Catering and Banquet Operations at this legendary AAA Five Diamond resort, Joan Bever has one guiding philosophy: Impeccable personalized service, fueled by an intense passion for perfection.
So we asked her just a few questions on weddings at The Breakers…
{THE BRIDAL CIRCLE}: WHEN PUTTING THE PIECES OF THE WEDDING PUZZLE TOGETHER, HOW IMPORTANT IS THE VENUE? AND WHY?
{JOAN} The venue is the most important piece of the wedding puzzle! Once you fall in love and book your venue, the team is in place to help execute your dream wedding. Most of our clients book a year out and allow our team to take care of everything. From creating sensational menus that suit your taste and style to defining décor, selecting wedding floral and choosing your vendors, our team is in place to help you finalize every last detail.
{THE BRIDAL CIRCLE}: KNOWN FOR YOUR GOURMET FOOD, CAN YOU SHARE SOME OF THE AMAZING WEDDING MENUS YOUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT IS CREATING FOR TODAY’S CELEBRATIONS?
{JOAN} With so many amazing menus, it’s hard to choose favorites. A few of the unique and fun items popular today include our Individual Ice-carved Raw Bar and Signature Giant Martini Sundae. Many of our passed hors d’oeuvres are paired with drinks, like Mini Tuna Tacos with a Margarita Shot. As far as the main entrée, it’s really all about creating to what the bride and groom wants.
