Debuting this year, the launch of the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival’s Chefs Dish BackTM program, offers a personal element to giving. Part of this year’s exciting new charity component, each participating chef has selected a charity to support. The Festival will then distribute 100% of the net proceeds evenly on each chef’s behalf to their individually chosen causes.

PBFWF CHEFS DISH BACK

The Breakers Executive Chef of Banquets, Chef Jeff Simms, has selected Feeding South Florida as his 2012 Chefs Dish BackTM charity.

Feeding South Florida’s mission is to feed South Florida’s hungry in order to improve their lives by distributing food and groceries, educating the public about the issue, and engaging the community in the fight to end hunger.
