Calling all Breakers’ brides: Enter the Breakers’ Bride Challenge on Facebook and you and your hubby could win a two-night stay to return to your favorite place on Earth, The Breakers!
How it works:
In honor of Valentine’s Day, all former Breakers brides are invited to visit The Breakers Weddings Facebook page and post a comment on our wall about your favorite memory from your wedding at The Breakers. Your post will then be voted on by all The Breakers Weddings Facebook fans.
Get votes:
For the month of February — from Feb. 1 until Feb. 28 — you can post your memory on our Facebook page and then ask your friends and family to vote for you by hitting the “Like” button under your comment. Every fan of The Breakers Weddings Facebook page is invited to vote for the memory they connect best with.
Choosing a winner:
The bride’s favorite memory that received the most Facebook “Likes” by 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 28, will win a two-night stay at The Breakers Palm Beach!

Rules & Restrictions:
• Only former Breakers’ brides married at The Breakers may enter, and only one post per bride is allowed.

• Voting for The Breakers’ Bride Challenge ends 5 p.m. EST Monday, February 28, 2011. The comment with the most “Likes” by this time will win the two-night stay.
• Facebook fans are allowed to “Like” more than one post.
• The two-night stay is valid June 1 through September 30, 2011. Excludes holiday periods and is based on availability at time of reservation. Stay is non-transferable.

My favorite memory from my wedding at The Breakers was when I was in the Gold Room during my ceremony. If you look up at the ceiling, there are cherub heads looking down as though they are watching you. They reminded me of little angels or even our future children watching and blessing us during our wedding ceremony.
My reception was in the Circle Room, when I finally sat down at my seat, I will never forget looking up and being overwhelmed by the magnificentness of that room. The lighting was amazing and brought out all of the beautiful details of the room far more than I could have imagined! I was truly blown away….
I never thought I would get married in such an amazingly beautiful and historic place. The professionalism of the staff was wonderfully impressive. The food was beyond delicious. Everything was PERFECT!
