Tis the Season to be Inspired

Winter is upon us at Wedding Blog by The Breakers– which means warm, festive weddings with robust and flavorful menu items are all the craze right now! Lucky for us, one of the things that makes our Palm Beach wedding resort so special is the many imaginative menu items that our chef’s create.
A fantastic seasonal treat created especially for winter brides-to-be is this Red Delicious Apple (featured just for Wedding Blog by The Breakers readers!)! It’s roasted lightly and is filled with scrumptious Emmenthaler Fondue. Cranberry, walnut and apple chutney is spread onto toasted mini baguettes and walnut raisin toast and then dipped into the delicious fondue.
