Thanksgiving Cocktail: Just Add Spice

Order the Holiday Spice at The Breakers’ Seafood Bar, or mix one up at home…

What you’ll need:
• 1 bottle Breakers Label Merlot
• 4 ounces Myers Dark Rum
• 4 ounces Amaretto
• 2 each Cinnamon sticks
• 4 each Whole Cloves
• 4 pieces Star Anise
• ½ Tsp. All Spice
• ¼ Tsp. Nutmeg
• ¼ cup Brown sugar
• 1 each Lemon (sliced)
• 1 each Orange (sliced)
• Orange slice

How to:
Pour the wine, the rum and the amaretto into a cooking pot. Mix up the spices and put them into a tea filter, add to liquids in pot. Add sugar, lemon, and orange slices and heat on stove. The beverage must be hot (steaming), but should not be boiled in order to prevent the alcohol from evaporation. Garnish with an orange slice!
